Thank you for your support in the EWB-USA Year-End Giving Campaign!
From the Rutgers University Student Chapter, thank you very much for contributing to the 2012/2013 Engineers Without Borders-USA Year-End Giving Campaign this past holiday season! Your support allowed us to surpass the donations we raised last year, making this year's holiday campaign our most successful one to date with over 200 donations. This puts our chapter in a leading position in the most donors competition, making us top contenders for a $5000 prize to add to our chapter funds!
These contributions will bring us closer to our fundraising goals and support our wonderful water supply projects in Kenya, Guatemala and Camden, NJ. With the funds raised from the giving campaign, our Kenya project team will be able to carry out the 1st phase of their implementation plans in Kolunje this coming summer. This will bring the team significantly closer to supplying clean water to the community of 7,000 people! These funds will also support the Guatemala Project team in monitoring their pump water supply system and implementing educational programs in NSCI. In addition, the Camden project team is expanding their work to implement similar rain collection systems for additional lots in Camden. You have truly helped us make a difference!
Please visit our website, ewb.rutgers.edu, for additional information on our projects and chapter activities! We will also keep you updated on our progress via our bimonthly newsletter. Thanks once again for your support. Without you, none of our work would be possible!
Sincerely, Engineers Without Borders - USA Rutgers Executive Board
