Why did you join EWB?
I've known since high school that whatever I did with my life had to have meaning. When I came to Rutgers as an engineering student I found several ways to make a real difference with my time here and EWB is by far the most direct way I've been able to do that.
Why have you gotten more involved?
As a general member I was astounded by the potential I saw around me. I wanted to be able to help foster this passion in the people around me and help this organization continue to do great things in any way I could.
How has EWB helped you to grow as an individual?
EWB has given me a new global perspective and shown me that my studies can be applied to real-world problems in order to improve the quality of life around the world.
